You will work directly with a senior leadership team that is deeply committed to becoming a more inclusive and diverse organization that represents our consumers. You’ll be responsible for leading the overarching strategy, direction and implementation of global I and D programs and integration of principles into programs designed by a global, multi-disciplinary HR and business teams.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing an I and D data strategy to drive insights and action across the employee life cycle
Collaborating with senior leadership and partners to develop and implement programs to support our inclusion and diversity journey
Assessing and measuring progress on key metrics across the employee life cycle. You’ll be partnering with our People Analytics teams to create innovative I and D measurements and tools for executive leadership.
Providing thought leadership and coaching to B/ERG sponsors and leads evolve their contribution for employees and the business
Building relationships with other companies and organizations to share best practices and identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities
Identifying and prioritizing investments to advance the organization’s strategy, brand and learnings
We prefer a Master’s degree in OD or HR and extensive experience in Inclusion and Diversity and leading large-scale change.
