Qi Zhang, a doctoral student in the Evaluation, Measurement and Research Program, received the Equity and Inclusion Fellowship from the Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management (APPAM) to attend the 2018 annual conference in Washington, D.C. this November. The fellowship supports travel and participation of the APPAM conference for selected graduate students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds. The fellows also have the opportunities to network with each other and engage in mentoring activities with professionals during the conference. Qi is one of the 40 fellows selected from well over 100 applicants nationally.
