Beth Smith

Beth Smith was graduated from Mars Hill University with a BFA in Musical Theater.  After spending several years as a high school theater teacher, she transitioned to non-profit leadership work, where she spent 20 years in theater and religious non-profits.  From her non-profit work, she stepped into multiple leadership roles at a food consulting firm in Battle Creek, Michigan, where she led internal logistics and talent and culture initiatives.  Beth came to WMU in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant II at the Haworth College of Business and is now excited to be a part of the team at the WMU College of Aviation.  She anticipates graduation with a master’s in communication from Western Michigan University in Spring 2026.
