External Collaborative Scholarships
Offered through external organizations; recipients are recommended by external organizations which have a collaborative relationship with the College of Aviation. Because External Collaborative Scholarships are awarded in collaboration with organizations which have an existing relationship with the College of Aviation, students are highly encouraged to apply for scholarships in this category.
Michigan Business Aviation Foundation
MBAA represents businesses and individuals with a common interest of working towards the preservation and development of an air transportation system including an airport infrastructure and other aviation issues affecting the State of Michigan.
National Business Aviation Association
NBAA offers several scholarships to promote professional development and business aviation careers.
West Michigan Business Aircraft Association
WMBAA is offering scholarships designed to help offset the high costs of an aviation degree.
Michigan Association of Airport Executives
MAAE promotes the professional development of members and students engaged in the study of airport administration through scholarships and encouragement of intent programs.
Corporate Eagle Management Services
Corporate Eagle has offered Fractional and Managed Business Aviation services since 1982 and are currently offering a multi-engine flight instructor scholarship.
Association for Women in Aircraft Maintenance
AWAM is an international organization, open to both women and men. Their membership consists of maintenance technicians, engineers, teachers, scientists, vendors, and pilots that support maintenance in one form or another. Their goal is to help women in aviation maintenance and find ways to network and support each other in this field.
