Under his leadership, the Battle Creek facility has achieved major advancements in avionics, paint, and interior completions, solidifying its reputation for excellence. Richards actively supports the WMU College of Aviation by engaging in outreach activities, such as the Aviation Summer Camp, and consistently participating in events that connect with current students. In the community, Andy serves on several boards, including the United Way of South-Central Michigan and the Michigan Business Aviation Association, providing essential leadership to address local needs. His past role in the Burma Center Capital Campaign highlights his dedication to improving services for underserved populations. As a recognized Childcare Champion in Michigan, Richards advocates for affordable childcare solutions, demonstrating his commitment to community welfare.
