Job: Bissell Sr. Corporate Flight and Travel Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to provide travel support at a leading, privately-owned company with headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI.  This position will support the aviation department by handling a wide variety of coordination and administrative duties, including flight scheduling and aircraft cabin set-up for domestic and international trips.  In addition, this role will be responsible for researching, arranging and coordinating travel, transportation and accommodations for domestic and international travel for the Company’s principals.

The individual in this role must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, have outstanding organizational skills, utilize strong decision-making skills and be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while following through on issues in a timely manner.  A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information and assignments with the utmost discretion is crucial to this role.  This role interacts closely with the Executive Office support team, so expert level verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
·         Coordinate all flights for Corporate aircraft and utilize flight scheduling software
·         Handle domestic and international trip scheduling and aircraft cabin set-up/stocking
·         Coordinate with vendors to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Corporate Hangar
·         Provide direct travel support for Company’s principals, their family members and support team
·         Provide digital itineraries and update corresponding calendars with all necessary travel details
·         Coordinate catering and ground transportation
·         Coordinate meetings and events at Corporate Hangar
·         Maintain travel profile and preferences database
·         Maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
·         Ability to adapt and respond to frequent schedule changes
Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Aviation, Customer Service, Business Management) with a minimum of 1-3 years of corporate aviation flight scheduling experience
·         Proficient use of flight scheduling software (FltLogic)
·         Experience in making VIP travel arrangements and communicating at C-Suite level
·         Long-range, international private aviation scheduling experience
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·         Available outside of regular work hours and maintain voice and internet connectivity
