Assistant Professor to be Honored at National Conference

Dr. Brett Geier, assistant professor of educational leadership in K-12 leadership, has been named a National Education Finance Conference (NEFC) Distinguished Fellow.  At the 2016 conference, NEFC will honor ten individuals have gained national visibility by their exemplary research and/or practices in the field of public education finance both on the elementary and secondary level as well as in higher education. Geier will accept his award on February 10-12, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Jacksonville, Florida.

In addition, Geier has been asked to assist the Distinguished Fellows Committee select the 2017 honorees.
