HESA students take first place at GVSU Leadership Summit

Higher Education and Student Affairs students Andrew Hazelton and Stephanie Beld placed first at the 8th annual Omicron Delta Kappa Case Study Competition at Grand Valley State University’s Leadership Summit. Each year, up to eight teams of two students review a scenario related to student leadership. They are then given fifteen minutes to present their strategies to a team of judges. Hazelton and Beld presented on a case study surrounding concerns in a work place, specifically gender equity.
