We are unable to provide dimensions of all furniture items in our housing system. Here are the most common questions we receive.
- Lofts
- Lofts can be set to any height between 18 inches from the floor to greater than 5 feet in the adjustable track.
- Standard futons that are 82 inches or less in width fit under the lofts.

- Harrison/Stinson beds are different. Please watch this video for how to loft beds.
- Closets
- Valleys: 1 closet, 6-feet wide.
- Western Heights: 2 closets, size averages 3 feet 6 inches wide by 2 feet 2 inches deep.
- Dressers
- Valleys: Dressers average 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep. Height depends on the number of drawers (see furniture chart below).
- Western Heights: No dresser provided. Each student has a stackable organizer drawer measuring 26 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 14 inches high.
- Desks average 44 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 29 inches high. Number and type of drawers vary throughout housing.
- Western Heights: Desks also have a hutch.
- Windows
- Valleys: Horizontal blinds provided. The window well is 95 inches wide by 46 inches tall and does not have a rod.
- Western Heights: Pulldown blackout shades provided. The window well is approximately two feet wide.
