No-cost Flu Shots Available for WMU Students

For the tenth year in a row, the Alana's Foundation is providing funding for flu shots for uninsured and underinsured WMU students. Most insurance plans cover flu shots as part of preventive care. Students who carry Medicaid insurance from another state sometimes face barriers to care, and this funding helps provide protection against a preventable case of influenza. Please share this resource with students who express any hesitation about seeking health care.
