Emotional Wellbeing Workshops

These three-session workshops offer a space to gain information, insight, and learn new coping techniques as it relates to your emotional wellness.

Each Emotional Wellbeing Workshop is approximately 50 minutes for each session. Workbooks are provided to help you apply new ideas and practice new techniques between sessions. There is no charge for these workshops. However, it is important that you attend each session. Also, feel free to attend more than one workshop if you wish.

Counseling Services at Sindecuse Health Center offers several Emotional Wellbeing Workshops open to current Western Michigan University students. Please call Counseling Services at (269) 387-1850 or register with the button below if you are interested in participating. Prior to engaging in workshops, all participants will be asked to complete a pre-screening with a counselor.
